We are continually active in the market when it comes to land and development site acquisition. We are interested in acquiring on and off market development opportunities, both with and without planning. We acquire sites that have existing buildings for redevelopment and land with the potential for development of multiple units.
Joint Ventures
We are keen to peruse joint ventures on any potential development sites. It is often the case that a site requires additional investment or experience in order to get a scheme off the ground. We can offer an injection of both finance, contacts and experience to ensure that any scheme achieves its full potential, whilst maximizing profits through diligent cost management. We can build out in line with an existing planning approval / application or alternatively take a scheme from initial design through planning and finally build and marketing phases.
